안녕하세요. 제 실험실을 찾아 주셔서 감사합니다.
저는 해양을 포함한 수상환경에서 물질의 생지화학적 거동을 연구합니다. 특히, 부영양화 및 기름 유출과 같은 환경오염 지역에서 물질의 거동을 연구합니다.
또한, 물에 녹아 있는 온실가스인 메탄, 이산화탄소 등을 연구하고 있습니다.

I investigate biogeochemical processes in environments ranging from marine systems to hyper eutrophic freshwater lakes, which are both uninfluenced, as well as heavily influenced (e.g., oil spills) by anthropogenic activities. My research includes understanding the dynamics of greenhouse gases (methane, carbon dioxides, etc), trace elements, organic carbon, nutrients, and chemical pollutants (e.g., poly-aromatic hydrocarbons). I am also interested in developing new advanced techniques for chemical analysis and finding new proxies for biogeochemical processes, as I help to advance our knowledge of coastal processes and how they are influenced by climate change.
